There’s more to owning a rental than collecting rent.
Finding tenants, coordinating repairs, keeping up with inspections. There’s a lot happening behind the scenes. Amazing Grace helps you handle those responsibilities, so you don’t have to keep track of everything on your own.
Hear from our team about how we work with property owners, what we handle, and why we take this work personally.
OUR SERVICES
Here’s How We Can Help
Your property has its own needs, and you have your own goals. We take the time to understand both, talk through the support you need from A to Z, and keep you informed along the way.
Leasing & Tenant Screening
Finding a tenant involves more than a good first impression. We help review applications, screen prospective tenants, and coordinate lease documents so expectations are clear and the paperwork is in place before move-in.
Maintenance Coordination
Maintenance issues can happen outside office hours. Residents can submit requests through Buildium 24 hours a day, and our team coordinates the maintenance workers or service providers needed to address them.
Rent Collection & Owner Updates
We help manage rent collection and keep you informed about payments received and any outstanding rent. We also explain the owner payment schedule from the start, so you know when to expect your rental income and can plan ahead.
Registration & Inspection Assistance
Not sure where to start with registration or inspections? We help coordinate the paperwork and next steps, whether you’re preparing a property for rent or working through an unresolved issue.
TENANT PLACEMENT
Let us help you find your next tenant.
Already managing your own rental? Our Tenant Placement Service helps landlords, Realtors, and investors find their next tenant while keeping ongoing management in their own hands.
“We communicate what we’re doing, when we’re doing it, and how we’re doing it.“
That’s how we want to work with you. When something needs your attention, we explain the situation and talk through what comes next. And when you have questions, you have a team to bring them to.
Your property matters to you, and we take that personally.
